Where do your products come from?

All our accessories are made by hand, right in Montreal (Quebec, Canada).

The care taken in the design offers superior quality as well as ensures durability. All our seams are doubled and secured so that you can use the product for as long as possible.

We therefore make it our duty to offer a high-end product while being affordable.

Is it possible to make a tailor-made request for my animal or for myself?

Absolutely! And we encourage you to do so!

We offer the following customizations: addition of charms (ornaments), particular arrangement of fabrics, size of the products and style of the accessory. We may not be able to fulfill the request due to not having the tools to carry out your project, but rest assured that we will do everything possible to meet your needs.

How do your accessories fare on our animals?

Our animal accessories offer versatility in positioning on the animal.

Basically, the product is designed to fit into the collar thanks to its double elastic system. All you have to do is thread the necklace through the elastics and center it on the neck as desired. For maximum hold, we suggest positioning the medal (if applicable) between the two elastics. The accessory will thus hold in place in the center of the animal's neck thanks to the weight of the medal.

You can also place the accessory on a standard harness, either by threading the ends of the straps into the elastics. The materials used are flexible and do not burden the animal in their daily life, the products can therefore be worn for a long time.

The elastics have a wide enough spacing to hold the buckle in place (depending on the model of the collar or harness). Please note that the width of the elastics will vary depending on the size of the product. Thus, the small X-Small buckles will be ideal for small necklaces, and so on.

How do I know if the accessory will be the right size for my pet?

We offer several formats for each of our styles of pet products. Information on available sizes can be found in the description of each of our products. All you have to do is take the measurement indicated on the format of the accessory and transfer everything to your animal (i.e. its neck or harness).

The format chosen can therefore vary from one user to another, depending on the desired look. However, we recommend choosing a format that will not burden the animal in its daily life.

Do you have points of sale?

We are happy to offer some of our products at Café Arthur in Laval. You can find this information in the “About” tab of our website to see the location of the store/restaurant.

The products offered on the website are sold only through the online platform. It is therefore not possible to pick up your order in person.

How long will my order take to be processed?

Production time may vary between 1 to 4 business days. All products are handmade, in Just-in-time mode so when we receive your orders, we subsequently produce.

There will certainly be personalized follow-up carried out to notify you of the progress of the order via email. A notification will also be provided by email as soon as the order is ready for delivery.

What are the delivery costs and terms?

Jaune Fraise uses Canada Post's basic Canadian postal service. Once the package is dropped off at my local post office (Montreal, Quebec, Canada), delivery in Quebec can vary between 3 to 8 days before receiving your order.

You can choose the type of delivery you want when placing the order.

  • The basic rate offered does not offer a tracking number on the delivery status of the package. For other provinces, costs vary depending on your location.
  • Fast service ( Express ) is also available on request, for the entire Canadian territory. For this purpose, an additional amount must be provided. This fast service offers rapid delivery as well as a tracking number to trace your package during shipment.

Can I return my order or exchange it? What happens in the event of breakage?

In the event of a change or cancellation of an order, it is possible at any time to cancel the order as long as it is not completely manufactured.

Once the product has been manufactured, it will not be possible to cancel and request a refund. The product will be sent to you according to the postal method chosen at the time of your purchase. Please note that we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered and/or received. There is therefore no refund, hence the importance of carefully measuring the size of the accessories and selecting the appropriate size.

If a product is damaged or if the product does not arrive safely, we will replace the product. We will ask you for proof (photo or video) of the condition of the product if it is damaged.

Jaune Fraise is committed to offering its customers an exchange and refund policy in accordance with Quebec and Canadian laws. All accessories are subject to refund or replacement within 30 days of the date of purchase, if they exhibit a breakage or manufacturing defect resulting from an assembly and design error or material deemed inadequate, provided that the product has not suffered any breakage, or does not show any abnormal wear on your part.

How do I maintain my products?

Accessories made from fabric should be hand washed in cold water and air dried.

Finally, we recommend washing your fabric accessories only when necessary.

  • Do not iron.
  • Do not use any chloride agent to treat this garment.
